The Lutyens Bench

A Classic Architectural Garden Bench

The Lutyens Bench is one of the most recognisable garden seat designs associated with Sir Edwin Lutyens and the English Arts and Crafts tradition.

Its sculptural back, sweeping lines and distinctive circular armrests create a carefully balanced composition, giving the bench architectural presence from every angle.

Traditional Joinery, Made to Order

We make each Lutyens Bench individually using traditional joinery and substantial timber sections, preserving the proportions and character that define this enduring design.

Dimensions can be considered specifically for the setting, with a choice of FSC-certified Oak or Iroko to weather naturally, or Accoya™ for a precise painted finish.
