Established in 2004, Oxford Planters specialises in bespoke outdoor furniture and architectural garden joinery, from substantial wooden planters and garden benches to outdoor kitchens, gates and individual commissions.
Every piece is made to order in our Cotswolds workshop, combining traditional cabinet-making principles, architectural joinery and more than two decades of specialist experience.
Our work is commissioned for private gardens and estates throughout the UK and internationally, alongside commissions for properties cared for by the National Trust and Historic Royal Palaces. Our garden furniture and wooden planters have been exhibited annually at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show since 2007.
Our wooden planters are designed for direct planting, with traditional joinery and structural detailing considered for the considerable forces exerted by soil, water and established root systems. Much of what distinguishes an Oxford Planter lies beneath the surface.
