Bespoke Wooden Garden Tables
Our bespoke garden tables are conceived as substantial pieces of exterior furniture, with proportion, scale and material considered in relation to the architecture and landscape around them.
Drawing on traditional cabinet making and architectural joinery, we make each table individually to order. Dimensions can respond to a particular terrace, courtyard or garden, creating a table with the presence and proportion appropriate to its setting.
Oak and Iroko Garden Tables
For exterior Oak tables, we select prime-grade air-dried Oak for its strength, grain and natural character. Over time, the timber weathers and develops the silvered appearance associated with traditional exterior Oak.
Iroko offers a naturally durable alternative with a quieter grain and excellent suitability for long-term exterior use. Both timbers work particularly well where the table needs to sit comfortably alongside stone, brick, timber and established planting.
We leave the timber untreated to weather naturally or apply a suitable oil finish where preferred.
Interior Oak Tables
For tables intended for interior architectural settings, we use carefully selected kiln-dried Oak, appropriate to the controlled moisture levels of an indoor environment.
Designed for the Setting
Our established table designs provide a starting point rather than a fixed specification.
We consider dimensions, proportions and seating capacity in relation to the space, allowing a table to respond to the scale of a terrace, garden or property rather than simply occupying it.
