Commissioning Oxford Planters
Every Oxford Planters piece is individually made to order. From a single planter to a larger exterior joinery commission, you will deal directly with us from enquiry through to delivery.
Making an Enquiry

Please include the product or type of commission, preferred dimensions and any relevant photographs, drawings or planting information.
If you cannot reach the workshop, please contact Sarah directly on 07765 188725.
Quotation & Ordering
Each quotation is prepared individually to reflect the dimensions, timber, finish and specification of your commission.
A 50% deposit confirms your order and secures workshop time and materials. The remaining balance is due on completion.
We provide the information you need at the outset and do not send repeated follow-up emails.
Lead Times
Lead times vary according to the nature and scale of the commission. As a guide, planters and obelisks typically require 6–8 weeks, with benches, tables, garden doors and driveway gates generally requiring 10–12 weeks from confirmed order.
Current lead times will be confirmed with your quotation. If you are working towards a particular date, please let us know when enquiring.
Delivery
We personally deliver UK commissions wherever practical and will discuss access and positioning requirements for larger pieces beforehand.
International commissions are entrusted to specialist couriers, with shipping quoted according to the size, weight and destination of the order.
