The Modernist Obelisk™ is one of our most distinctive wooden garden obelisks, designed for experienced gardeners, substantial herbaceous borders and the extensive grounds of country estates.
Combining strong architectural proportions with practical detailing, grooves run along each upright to accommodate garden twine for training climbing roses, clematis and other planting. Each Modernist Obelisk™ is made individually using traditional pegged mortise and tenon joints. The exposed pegs, precisely formed joints and grooved uprights are integral to its design.
Made to order in our established proportions or bespoke dimensions, the Modernist can stand individually or be repeated throughout extensive garden borders and formal planting schemes.
