Begin your enquiry by contacting us via our enquiry link or by telephone on 01608 683022. If the call diverts, please remain on the line as it will automatically redirect our mobile. Our workshop is a busy working environment, and at times, machinery can make it difficult to hear the telephone immediately. However, your call will be answered. Please provide the product you are interested in and the external dimensions required. If internal measurements are important, share these and we will advise on the corresponding external proportions.
Personal Consultation
Every enquiry receives a personal response from Sarah. Working with private clients and designers across the UK and internationally, we ensure your correspondence is professional, considered, and never automated.
Timelines and Planning
We provide clear guidance on lead times to help you plan with confidence: planters and obelisks are generally 8 to 10 weeks from confirmed order, benches, tables, garden doors, and driveway gates 12 to 14 weeks. These lead times are provided as a guide for delivery to an address within England. Any required travel time will be added to the overall schedule and confirmed with you at enquiry stage.
Should we be able to deliver sooner, we will advise accordingly. If you are working to a specific timeline, we will explore every avenue to accommodate your requirements. Up-to-date lead times for all other joinery are provided at enquiry stage.
Bespoke Proposal
Following your enquiry, you will receive a comprehensive proposal including all relevant details, materials, and pricing. This allows you to consider your commission at leisure. We do not follow up, giving you the time and discretion to return when you are ready to proceed.
Delivery
All UK deliveries are personally overseen by Sarah, co-owner of Oxford Planters. This ensures discretion, careful handling, and complete accountability from workshop to placement. Many properties have on-site assistance for positioning; if this is not available, please advise at the time of enquiry so alternative arrangements can be made.
For all international and overseas commissions, we will provide the relevant pricing and detailed information specific to your enquiry. Should you wish to proceed further, we will then arrange a tailored shipping quotation for your approval.
